Coupon terms & conditions
  • One use per coupon per customer. A matching mobile number OR email is treated as already used. Both are required when applying a coupon.
  • Coupon must be active and valid on both booking and appointment dates, through 11:59 PM IST on the expiry date. Expired coupons cannot be used at billing.
  • Valid only for Cash, UPI or Card payment at the salon. Not available to customers with an active membership, wallet balance or an unexpired package with services remaining.
  • Cannot be combined with membership, wallet, package, loyalty-point or other discounts. Discount applies to the booked services and is capped at the bill amount. Changing services requires a fresh booking or removal of the coupon.
  • Usage is recorded when the appointment is confirmed; cancellation or a missed appointment does not restore the coupon.
